I have not been writing for quite a while. Either my lazy bones had grown bigger or I had been very busy. I think it should be the latter. ;-p Although the frustrations at work and little episode of food poisoning were not documented, there are some events I will definitely want to record down. It has been two years since we exchanged our Wedding vows. 7th of September 2008 was the day we solemnised at Zhou's Kitchen, in Far East Square. This year, we celebrated with dim sum brunch at Meritus Mandarin Pine Court Restaurant . Not the usual candlelight dinner which couples may choose. :-p Nevertheless, it was wonderful. We had century egg porridge to kick off our brunch. The porridge must had been one of the most delicious that I have tried, besides the Tiong Bahru market porridge. Not too salty or bland, not too watery or gooey. It tasted perfect. Other pipping hot dishes followed...
